Alex Smart Tech · Website care
Your business changes after the website goes live. Keep the services, hours, photos, and contact information customers see up to date. Alex Smart Tech helps local business owners plan website updates and review problems with an existing site.
Replace outdated photos, revise your service list, update hours, and correct contact details. Send the exact pages and the approved information you want customers to see.
A broken inquiry form or a hard-to-use phone layout can cost a customer conversation. Share the page URL, device, and steps that show the problem so we can review the cause and scope the fix.
Review titles, descriptions, service content, and links when pages change. If a URL must move, plan a redirect so customers and search engines can reach the new page.
Tell us the website address, platform or hosting provider if known, and what you want changed. We review access and compatibility before accepting the work. Any backup, software-update, or recovery work depends on the platform and the agreed scope. Do not send account passwords in the initial message.
Describe whether you need a single change or recurring updates. We agree on the tasks, review process, charges, and expected response time before starting. A maintenance request does not include an automatic redesign, advertising budget, or an around-the-clock response commitment.
We can review it first. Share its URL and requested changes; compatibility and authorized access determine whether we can take on the work.
Page titles, descriptions, content, and broken-link work can be included when agreed. A broader SEO or advertising campaign is a separate scope, and rankings are not guaranteed.
