Website and service use
These Terms & Conditions apply to RepairUT.com and the Alex Smart Tech LLC Customer Messaging program. The website provides general repair information and ways to contact the shop. Do not misuse the site, interfere with it, or attempt unauthorized access. Website content alone does not create a repair agreement.
Repair estimates and approvals
Estimates and service availability may depend on the exact device, condition, diagnosis, parts availability, taxes, and requested work. An estimate is not a final price or authorization unless Alex Smart Tech LLC confirms it. Work beyond an approved scope requires customer approval. Intake forms, estimates, invoices, and other service authorizations may contain additional transaction-specific terms.
Payment
Customers are responsible for charges they approve for completed services, parts, and applicable taxes. The amount and timing of payment are those shown on the applicable estimate, invoice, or other service agreement.
Repair warranty
90-day warranty on repair functionality. It applies to the functionality of the repair and does not cover new physical or liquid damage, loss, theft, or unrelated failures. Contact the shop so the specific repair and device can be reviewed.
SMS Terms
Customers who opt in may receive repair status updates, service notifications, appointment reminders, pickup/completion notices, requested links, payment/service reminders, and customer-care messages.
Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Alex Smart Tech LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the website. Devices may have hidden, progressive, or multiple faults, and customers should maintain current backups when possible. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be limited.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as services, business practices, or legal requirements change. Updated terms will be posted here with a revised “Last updated” date.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
